Our New Team-Building Exercise

We have had great fun and success with our new Teambuilding tool. Participants, in our teambuilding workshops, have been asked to build a table top model of a Martian Landrover. This exercise demonstrates the power of team and the need for people to work together to do the best job possible. I tried to get the Rover together on my own but you really do need a team to complete that task efficiently!
